2. Bending: Bending refers to bending the cut plate according to the shape of the cabinet. If bending is needed, it will go directly to the next production process. Generally, it is a large-scale factory assembly line operation, even if it is a special size, just modify some data on the computer.
3. Spot welding: This process is to splice things made in advance, such as top plate, side plate and door panel. , and then use a seamless welder to weld at the splicing interface. Finally, the prototype of the whole tin filing cabinet has come out, and then we can enter the next process.
4. Treatment such as pickling and phosphating: This step of pickling and phosphating is mainly to remove grease, rust and other substances on the surface of the iron sheet to make it smooth and flat.
5. Plastic spraying: In the current production process, some large manufacturers adopt electrostatic powder plastic spraying technology, so that the products made have no odor, no toxic gas volatilization and are more environmentally friendly. Of course, some small manufacturers still use spray paint or baking paint, which is relatively backward, inefficient and has a bad impact on the body and the environment.
6. Heating: Generally, sprayed products need to be heated at high temperature, otherwise the sprayed powder will hang easily. After heating at a high temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius, the product can be directly packaged and delivered from the factory.
