The car with the fender cut is conservatively estimated to depreciate at least 10%;
1. Although the rear fender will not cause any adverse effects after repair, as long as the vehicle is repaired by shaping, cutting, welding, etc., it has already caused serious damage to the body frame, even if it is an accident vehicle;
2. If it is an accident car, the strength will drop a lot after repair, the safety factor will decrease, and the value of the car will depreciate. The side wall of the car body is a whole from the A-pillar to the rear fender, which is directly welded by the manufacturer through the original welding technology (resistance welding);
3. If it is replaced later, no 4s shop can replace it for you, because hundreds of solder joints (resistance spot welding) have to be manually opened from front to back, the doors have to be removed, the front and rear windshields have to be removed and reinstalled, and the new side may have to be punched with hundreds of holes, then welded one by one (gas shielded welding), and then all painted.
