The production process of Fuding white tea is natural, simple and unique, and it is not fried or kneaded, and it is only divided into two processes: withering and drying. In the later stage, the tea leaves were dried at low temperature, and then sealed in a carton for later natural transformation.
The processing of Anji white tea is a typical green tea deactivation process.
