How to reduce the welded beam of circular tube
First, lengthen the original girder, and it is best to make a V-shaped groove on the outside and weld it firmly, so that it is smooth inside and outside.

Make an enhanced version, which is also trough-shaped. The angle r should be slightly larger, and the three sides should be close to the inner side of the original beam weld. The length should be as long as the bearing capacity, the better. Don't weld it all, just click it.

Drill several holes in the girder with reinforced version, and evenly distribute them on three sides according to the length of the reinforced version. At least 12 holes with the aperture of 10mm for heavy vehicles and 12mm for heavy vehicles shall be riveted with rivets.

If riveting is inconvenient, a bolt with a guide diameter at the root can be used. The smaller the clearance with the hole, the better, and the maximum torque can be tightened.
