For the injection mold of CPVC pipe fittings, the glue inlet should be as large as possible because of the poor fluidity of CPVC. The vent hole should be well made, and it is best to add a cold well to the mold if conditions permit.

Selection of die steel, because CPVC is corrosive, stainless steel die steel with chrome-plated surface should be selected.
