"Four-in-one" registration system refers to the integration of organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, social insurance registration certificate and industrial and commercial business license according to the mode of "one form application, information sharing, linkage examination and approval", and the unified issuance of "one photo No.4" business license loaded with organization code, taxpayer identification number and social insurance registration code to enterprises, instead of separately issuing organization code certificate and tax registration certificate. The integration of clinical four certificates refers to the qualification certificate of practicing doctors, the standardized training certificate of residents, the graduate diploma and the master's degree certificate. According to "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Training Clinical Medical Talents through Collaboration of Medical Education and Teaching", students with professional degrees in clinical medicine need to participate in standardized training for residents at the same time, and qualified graduates can obtain four certificates.

Article 17 The establishment of a company shall apply for pre-approval of its name. Where laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions stipulate that the establishment of a company must be approved, or the business scope of the company belongs to matters that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, the company name shall be pre-approved before being submitted for examination and approval, and the company name approved by the company registration authority shall be submitted.

Article 25 A company established according to law shall be issued with the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company. With the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person issued by the company registration authority, the company seals, opens a bank account and applies for tax registration.
