At present, some domestic motor manufacturers have adopted off-line machines, and more manufacturers are considering introducing foreign equipment. Below, the author briefly introduces several foreign stator winding equipment and technologies. The function of the winding equipment is to clamp the stator core on the winding station. After the round enameled wire is straightened, it is directly wound into the stator core slot by the winding arm. This kind of winding equipment has been imported from many domestic manufacturers, and the winding method is traditional. Its main advantages and disadvantages are as follows: a. Winding and embedding are integrated, and the equipment price is relatively cheap; The end of winding B is short, which saves copper wire compared with other winding methods; C. the efficiency of a single winding station is low; D the applicable maximum line diameter is generally 1.9 mm (including paint thickness); E. poor universality of equipment. If the size of the stator piece of the generator is unchanged and only the core stack thickness is changed, the tooling needs to be replaced, which is relatively complicated. Therefore, the equipment is more suitable for producing a single type of motor; F. The wound stator winding is overlapping winding, and the winding form is relatively backward. The winding equipment is a multi-station combined structure, including lower slot insulation, winding to form a single concentrated winding, winding pushing into stator slot and pulling into slot wedge in stages.
