Bend your elbows, put your palms together, put your fingers together, put your fingertips against your chin, gently lift your chin with your hands, stretch your neck at the end of the year, fully stretch and rest 10 seconds, and then relax.
2. Stimulate lymphatic flow
Make a fist gently with both hands, and wrap your thumb between your four fingers. Turning the wrist and pushing the knuckles up and down on both sides of the neck can effectively discharge waste. Massage the whole face.
Massage the whole face
As shown in the picture, hook up the index finger with both hands. Then take the thumb as a fixed point, and use the inside of the knuckles of the index finger to slide and massage from the center of the face to both sides. From below the mandible, then up to above the cheekbones, then on both sides of the nose, at the cheekbones and above the brow bones.
Lift your cheeks.
Lift from the sun line to the hairline with the middle finger and the ring finger, and repeat 5 times.
5. Pinch your cheek.
Put your fingers together, knead into a pyramid-shaped cheek, then give a thumbs-up and repeat 5 times on each side.
Stimulate cheekbones
Make a fist gently with both hands, and wrap your thumb between your four fingers. Gently open your mouth, and then massage your cheekbones in circles with your knuckles (pictured). Repeat 20 times.
Step 7 press your thumb against your cheekbones
Four fingers together, thumb open. Put your thumb on your cheekbones and the other four fingers on your temples. The four fingers become the fulcrum, and the thumb is pushed from the chin to the ear along the cheekbone. Repeat 5 times.
8. Fingertips massage forehead
Open your five fingers, bend your fingers slightly, put your hands on your brow bones, and then gently massage your hairline with your fingertips. Repeat 5 times.
9. Turn around your throat
The index finger, middle finger and ring finger are close together, and the fingertips gently move in a circular motion above the clavicle of the larynx until they are just below the chin, and do it five times left and right.
10. Clavicle massage of sternocleidomastoid muscle
Gently massage the sternocleidomastoid muscle under the ear with the fingertips of the index finger, middle finger and ring finger (the bones and muscles of the neck when the head turns to one side), repeat each point (as shown in the figure) for 5 times, and repeat the same action on the other side.

Massage the lymph glands here from the bottom of the ear to the clavicle with the belly of the ring finger, and repeat it five times left and right.
