What is FEP plastic?
Poly (perfluoroethylene propylene) * * * polymer -FEP, also known as fluoroplastics, is made of transparent particles (suspended polymers) or aqueous dispersions (emulsion polymerization hands).

The performance of perfluoroethylene propylene -FEP * * * polymer is similar to that of PTEE, but its heat resistance is slightly lower, and it can work at -85 +205 for a long time and -200 ~+300 for a short time. High impact strength, creep resistance and low temperature flexibility are better than Creep. The crystallinity changes with the heat treatment temperature, and the formability is good; Non-toxic, non-stick, electrical insulation, wear resistance and chemical stability are equivalent to those of PTEE; It can be colored and the waste can be recycled.

FEP can be molded, transfer molded, injection molded, extruded, thermoformed, machined, sprayed, impregnated, coated, painted, heat sealed and bonded.

Uses: Like PTEE, the finished products include plates, rods, tubes, laminated plates, wires and cables, which can be mixed with glass powder, silica, copper powder, etc. The dispersion coating is mainly used for anticorrosion, impermeability (because its impermeability is better than PTEE), seawater resistance and salt dew resistance.
