If it is in the nucleus, it is firm but not painful. " In addition, some people call it "phlegm nucleus". Epilepsy, tuberculosis, sputum nucleus, etc. Including the name of the disease and symptoms, from the latter meaning, it can be classified into the category of this disease. For the convenience of discussion, it was named "skin nodule".

Skin tumors, scars, warts, etc. Although it is similar to this disease. However, its etiology is very different from this disease, and its clinical manifestations are also different, which is beyond the scope of this section.

Common syndrome

Phlegm-fire coagulation nodules: one or several soybean nodules started at first, with the same skin color, hard touch, moving without pain, alternating cold and heat, increasing day by day, slightly feeling pain, sticking to each other, pushing, like beads, lasting countless years; Over time, the skin becomes dark red, the texture gradually softens, and after festering, it produces sparse pus and the mouth is not closed for a long time. At first, the symptoms were not obvious, but after a long time, hot flashes in the afternoon, loss of appetite, muscle wasting, moist skin, red tongue or crimson tongue, less fur and deep and thin pulse.

Phlegm-dampness accumulation type: Nodules are scattered at first, the size of sesame seeds, and then gradually increase, such as soybean size, round or semicircular, densely clustered or scattered in isolation, light brown, hard texture, rough surface, severe itching, or diarrhea, thin stool, poor appetite, light tongue, fat tongue with teeth marks, slippery or heavy pulse.

Nodules of qi stagnation and blood stasis type: Nodules are round or oval, with broad beans or cherries large, bright red at first, and gradually become dark red or purplish red, slightly higher than the skin, and feel pain consciously, which is painful at the touch. Generally, it does not fester or rupture, but may be accompanied by local swelling, fever, sore throat, joint pain, red tongue, less astringent pulse or heavy tongue coating.

Cold-dampness blocking collateral type: Nodules are not red and swollen at first, and then gradually expand into red, mostly distributed in limbs, and the number gradually increases. After a long time, pale yellow pus broke out, and there were cord-like induration between nodules. Generally, there are no systemic symptoms. At the same time, the hands and feet are not warm, the skin color is dull, the tongue is pale, the coating is white and greasy, and the pulse is tight or slippery.

Nodules soaked in epidemic gas: the new nodules are light red, yellow or normal skin color, and the old nodules are dark red or reddish brown. In the late stage, the face is covered with nodules of different sizes, uneven, often accompanied by cold, heat, pain, itching, hypoesthesia or partial disappearance, red tongue, less fur and rapid pulse.
