4. Preventive measures:

(1) This common disease is a persistent disease in Beijing in recent years. Sanctions should be taken, such as fines according to supervision laws and regulations, or inspections at the time of project completion and acceptance, and double maintenance funds should be compensated to the management unit according to the insufficient quality of lime soil.

(2) In order to strengthen the internal management of the enterprise, we must control the quality indexes such as flatness, width, elevation, compactness and thickness of dirt roadbed and trail base according to the standard requirements.
