CNC is an automatic machine tool equipped with a computer numerical program control system. The control system can logically process and decode the program specified by the control code or other symbolic instructions, so as to make the machine tool move and process parts. CNC machining has great advantages over manual machining. For example, the parts processed by CNC have very high accuracy and repeatability, and CNC processing can produce parts with complex shapes that cannot be completed by manual processing. Usually, the factors that affect the quality of NC machining include: programmed tool path, tool quality, workpiece material, cutting oil performance, environmental changes and so on. Here is a brief introduction to how to improve the quality of CNC workpieces:

1, reasonably select NC machining tools, strictly distinguish the use of laser knives for machining steel and copper, and ensure the workpiece accuracy and prolong the service life of the tools with reasonable allowance of laser knives.

2. Before NC machining, check whether the tool swing is within the allowable tolerance range with a calibration table. Before machining, the cutter head and lock mouth should be blown clean with an air gun, or wiped clean with a cloth before loading the cutter. Foreign objects have a certain influence on the accuracy and quality of the workpiece.

3. When clamping, pay attention to see whether the name, model and program sheet of the NC machining workpiece are consistent, whether the material size matches and whether the clamping height is high enough, and count with calipers.

4. The use of special cutting oil products can effectively avoid the problem of poor precision caused by the performance of non-special oil products such as rapeseed oil and mechanical oil, and at the same time, the special cutting oil has good oxidation and corrosion resistance, which can effectively prevent the machine from yellowing and rusting.

5. Reasonable process programming, optimized program and reasonable tool path arrangement can reduce the precision problem caused by complex machining sequence.

6. The NC machining program sheet should be in the same direction as the reference angle marked by the mold, and then check whether it is on the 3D drawing, especially the workpiece that has been drilled with water. Be sure to see if the 3D drawing is consistent with the water transported by the workpiece. If unknown, feedback the programmer or ask a fitter to check the 2D drawing in time to see if the reference angles of 2D and 3D are consistent.

7. The program list of NC machining documents should be standardized, including module number, name, program name, machining content, tool size, feed speed, especially the safe length of tool clamping, the reserved allowance of each program, and the smooth knife. It should be clearly pointed out that the intersection of the R plane and the plane should be indicated on the program list, and the operator should first increase the processing by 0.02~0.05MM and stop when the gong is processed several times.

8. Before processing, it is necessary to know the content of NC machining program sheet. The program sheet must have 2D or 3D drawings and be marked with hexagonal data of "X length, Y width and Z height". If there is a plane, the value of "z" should be marked so that the operator can easily check whether the data is correct after machining and mark the tolerance data.

9, machine tool processing speed operators should strictly control, F speed and S spindle speed should be reasonably adjusted, F speed should be faster than S spindle, and feed speed should be adjusted by region. Check the quality after processing before getting off the plane, and make the processing perfect at one time.

10. Ensure that the equipment operates at the temperature and humidity within the specified working range, which can avoid the influence of external factors on the process accuracy to the greatest extent.
