Tools/materials: flour 300g, yeast 3g, sugar 10g, egg 1, egg white 1, normal temperature water 130ml, edible oil 10g, appropriate amount of red bean paste, plastic wrap.
1. First, mix the flour, flour 300g, yeast 3g, sugar 10g, egg 1g and egg white 1g, which can improve the strong taste of bread made from ordinary flour. Normal temperature water 130ml, without adding dry flour 10g.
2. Mix noodles. Knead into a smooth dough, move it to the chopping block and continue kneading, and knead the glove film like clothes.
3. After finishing, put it in a bowl and wake it up to twice the size. This piece of dough has been fermented well. Take it out first and rub it until it exhausts. After rubbing, divide into small noodles and continue to knead round.
4. After all of them are rolled, you can put sweet noodle sauce and spread a layer of bean paste on a piece of bread. I use cranberry bean paste here, the color is lighter, one is covered with a stack, and the last one is not covered with bean paste.
5. Tidy it up a little and cut out the flower knife. Don't cut it in the middle. I cut eight knives at a time, which will be more symmetrical. Two pieces will turn out at the same time, and the rest will come out.
6. Grease the mold for anti-sticking, put in the big bread and cover it until the specific volume is 1.5 times, which takes about 40 minutes, depending on the temperature. The color will be more beautiful after brushing a layer of egg yolk liquid.
7. Cover with plastic wrap and steam on the pot.
