At present, accident insurance can't be settled except for the death caused by illness. If the insured dies due to the following reasons, the insurance company is not responsible for paying death insurance benefits:

3. Fighting, being attacked or being killed due to the provocation or intentional behavior of the insured;

4. Sudden death, pregnancy, abortion, childbirth, illness, food/drug allergy, heatstroke and altitude sickness of the insured;

5. The insured receives medical examination, anesthesia, cosmetic and plastic surgery;

6. The insured is infected by bacteria or viruses (except those who have wounds due to accidental injuries);

7. The insured fails to take, smear or inject drugs according to the doctor's advice;

8. Explosion, burn, pollution or radiation caused by any biological, chemical or atomic weapon, atomic energy or nuclear energy device;

9. The insured is declared dead by the court for reasons other than accidents and natural disasters;

10, terrorist attack.
