Xiaorenqiao is located between Tang Shuang Road and Xunjin Street. It is a small bridge across Panlong River. It is located on the Panlong River south of the intersection of Jinbi Road and Panlong River, with one end connected to Guandu District and the other end connected to Xishan District. This is a bridge between the two regions. Because there are many landmark buildings nearby, such as the Cultural Palace of the Railway Bureau, the Eighth Railway Division, the Tangshan Double Road Farmers' Market, the First People's Hospital, the Posts and Telecommunications Hospital and the Municipal Party Committee. So not many people know the name of this bridge now.
