Suzhou Jiulong Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine was approved by the Ministry of Health in May 2003 , a comprehensive Sino-foreign joint venture hospital built by Hong Kong Kowloon Group with an investment of 1.35 billion yuan and jointly managed with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. The hospital is located on the bank of Jinji Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park, covering an area of ??113,000 square meters. The first phase construction area is 138,000 square meters, with an investment of 750 million yuan, and can open 1,100 hospital beds. It is a third-level hospital confirmed by Jiangsu Province and a key construction project of public facilities in Suzhou Industrial Park. The hospital has 29 clinical departments, 12 medical technology departments, and 22 wards. After years of talent training and construction, the hospital has accumulated valuable talent resources.
