1. Recruitment positions

4. Registration requirements:
(1) The materials submitted by the candidates must be true and accurate. (5) Physical examination and inspection

(7) Signing contracts and completing relevant procedures

2. IV. Training Management
(1) Personnel Training
1. Those who have graduated after 2014 (inclusive) and have not obtained the resident physician standardized training certificate shall be trained by the provincial government The Women's and Children's Medical Center arranges for three years of training at a standardized training base for residents.
2. Those who make overall arrangements to work in city and county maternal and child health care institutions shall regularly go to the Provincial Women and Children's Medical Center for further training, with a cumulative time of 1 year.
(2) Personnel Management
1. All recruits will have a service period of 6 years for this project (the standardized training time for residents is not included in the service period), and they will be closely related to the Provincial Women and Children’s Medicine The center establishes labor relations, and the Provincial Health and Health Commission makes overall arrangements to work in city and county maternal and child health care institutions.
2. The total time the recruiters have worked in city and county maternal and child health care institutions is 5 years, and the total time they have worked in the Provincial Women and Children’s Medical Center is 1 year.
3. During the service period, those who volunteer to stay in city and county maternal and child health care institutions can be given priority by the city and county maternal and child health care institutions within the existing staff. If the city or county maternal and child health care institutions are full, the city or county maternal and child health care institutions will be given priority. 5. (3) Related benefits
1. During the standardized training period for resident doctors, the employed personnel will enjoy the same treatment as trainees in the standardized training for residents at the Provincial Women and Children’s Medical Center, including basic salary, living allowance, Five insurances and one housing fund, etc.
2. During the employment period, the "five insurances and one housing fund" and file wages will be paid by the Provincial Women and Children's Medical Center in accordance with the standards agreed in the labor contract. Bonuses and various incentive performance wages are paid by the maternal and child health care institutions where they serve, and are required to be no lower than the average level of doctors of the same level in local general hospitals.
3. During the further training period at the Provincial Women and Children’s Medical Center, employees of the Provincial Women and Children’s Medical Center will receive equal pay for equal work, and relevant work benefits will be paid by the Provincial Women and Children’s Medical Center.
4. Those who meet the conditions for talent introduction in our province will enjoy housing subsidies and other benefits stipulated by the provincial party committee and the provincial government.
5. Those who withdraw from the standardized training of residents without legitimate or agreed reasons shall return the standardized training subsidy fee that has been issued to the Provincial Women and Children's Medical Center and pay 50% of the aforementioned training fee as liquidated damages. .
