The spots are round and clear, and the clearer the better. The size of the spots varies from 10 cents to half a dollar. The spot size is appropriate and evenly distributed. The spots had better not be mixed together. Usually, the spots on the head, legs and tail are smaller than those on the body. You'd better have spots on your ears. Tricolor (this species rarely appears): Tricolor is disqualified. Brown markings were found on the head, neck, chest, legs and brown tail of dogs with black spots or liver spots. Bronze black spots, liver spots that fade or/and darken due to environmental influence or normal changes of coat are not tricolor. Color block: color block belongs to disqualification. Spot refers to a large area of pure black or liver-colored hair without white coat. Larger than normal spots. The color blocks are dense, the colors shine, and the boundaries are clear and smooth. A large area of color mixed or overlapped by many spots is not a color block. This color area shows many individual spots, rough boundaries and/or white hairs all over it.
