Horizontal grip:
Open your palm and grab the handle of the racket. Thumb and forefinger hold both sides of the racket, middle finger, ring finger and little finger hold the racket handle, and the racket shoulder is perpendicular to the tiger's mouth.
Hold the racket straight:
The hand behind the racket is semi-curved, which can accommodate a table tennis ball. The handle of the board just sticks to the tiger's mouth, the first knuckle of the thumb just presses on the pat shoulder, and the second knuckle of the index finger just presses on the pat shoulder.
Hold the racket with the straight and horizontal strokes:
From the traditional middle finger to the racket, the middle finger and the ring finger are changed to two fingers to support the racket, so that forehand and backhand cross force can be exerted, and the index finger is relatively relaxed and straight.
