Hangrui Expressway starts from Zhongtai Township, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, passes through Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan and Guizhou provinces, and ends in Ruili, Yunnan Province. It is an east-west horizontal line in China's expressway network.
