How does soft-seeded pomegranate need to be trimmed?
Under the cultivation conditions, pomegranate bushes should be transformed and single-stem trees should be cultivated. Specifically, only one trunk is left, and the new buds sprouting in the rhizosphere below the trunk and main branches should be wiped (thinned) as soon as possible. Try to keep the branches above the main branches, and try to transform and utilize some strong branches in the crown by pulling branches during flowering, which cannot be easily removed. This method of pulling without cutting can be continued until the growth and fruiting period. The flowering rate of this method can reach more than 95% in the second year, but no fruit can be left to promote the growth of trees. In the third year, the average plant yield can reach more than 5 kg. In the fourth year, the plant yield can reach 15 kg (more than per mu 1000 kg) and enter the growth and fruiting period.
