A rigorous example
In my experience, being rigorous in your work is not a disadvantage, but just being rigorous in your work is far from helping you stand out in your work and rise to the top. The social environment is very complicated, and no matter where you work, interpersonal relationships are very important. Don't think that others will respect you just because you have outstanding work ability, because everyone's interest orientation is different, so if your interest orientation conflicts with others in the work environment, then he won't like you no matter how hard you try, so if you want to get along well, you must know how to share or bind the interests of others with your own. In other words, if you get benefits, others can get benefits, so that others will always stand in a trench with you. From the perspective that you will always be a comrade-in-arms, you will do better and better.

In fact, I am also a very strict type, especially when I work, I can't have half a grain of sand in my eyes. But it's completely different when you get home, otherwise people can't stand it and must relax. In fact, being strict with your work is responsible for yourself, not letting others see you like this and recognize you. This is a life attitude and a life principle. You do this to make yourself get by, regardless of what others think of you. If you are lucky enough to be appreciated by the leader, it is your luck. If not, that's normal. Don't take it too seriously.

It's better to think of this as a constantly improving self-demand!
