Chongqing tuocha
Chongqing Tuocha picks fresh tea with one bud and two leaves, and fresh leaves in sunny days, not broken leaves, yellow leaves and rainy leaves. Chongqing Putuo tea has neat buds, consistent tenderness and good quality.
Chongqing Tuocha is the best pressed tea, made of sun-dried green tea. The picked tea leaves are spread. During the spreading process, the water in the tea leaves is evaporated, which makes the tea leaves soft and easier to make. Then, the tea leaves are proportioned, screened, shaped, weighed, steamed and shaped.
Don't drink Chongqing Tuocha for the first time when brewing. Wash tea quickly with boiling water, and at the same time stimulate the quality of tea. Then pour water at about 95℃ for brewing. Tuocha is very resistant to foam, and its taste is still smooth after brewing for more than ten times.
