Yes, one of my sisters has scarred skin. She went to Zhengzhou Hyacinth Face Slimming Hospital to have it done. They seem to have a technique called three-point positioning and traceless surgery, which does not require surgery and is minimally invasive. I think the results achieved by my sisters are natural and their recovery is faster! Scarred skin is not affected either.
