Adenomyosis is a diffuse or localized lesion formed by the invasion of endometrial glands and stroma into the myometrium. Formerly called endometriosis, it is a common and difficult disease in gynecology. Adenomyosis often leads to menorrhagia and menstrual abdominal pain. The treatment of this disease can be medical intervention or surgical treatment, but radical treatment is very difficult. Only postmenopausal adenomyosis can gradually relieve itself.
