How to use the stock triangle form?
In the stock market, investors who like to analyze the trend of individual stocks generally use various forms of changes such as M-shape, W-shape and triangle to trade. Triangle is divided into ascending triangle, descending triangle and symmetrical triangle. Today, we will talk to you about how to use the stock triangle form. 1, rising triangle

The rising triangle is the result of confrontation between buyers and sellers. The stock price was suppressed by a horizontal area above and fell back and forth, but the low point of each decline was higher than the previous low point. After many downward adjustments, it finally broke through the previous high point.

How to judge how to break through the front horizontal line?

(1) The market price crosses the horizontal line from below.

(2) after the breakthrough, stand firm on the breakthrough line, and the breakthrough range is at least three percent of one side of the triangle.

(3) When breaking upward, there is a large amount of cooperation.

Take the following figure as an example:

As shown in the above figure, the connecting line of point A, point B and point C forms the upper side of the triangle, while point E and point F form the lower side of the triangle. At point C, the volume below is enlarged, and the stock price breaks through point C, which is an effective buying point.

2. Descending triangle

Compared with the rising triangle, there is a horizontal price support below, and the stock price above falls back and forth, and each high point is higher than the next high point. Once it falls below the horizontal support level, it will continue to fall.

Attention points of descending triangle:

(1) Unlike the rising triangle, when the stock price falls below the horizontal support point, there is no need to consider the volume.

(2) It needs to be considered together with other technical indicators.

Take the following figure as an example:

As shown in the above figure, three points A, B and C * * form the upper side of the triangle, and four points E, F, G, H, G and H form the lower side of the triangle. When the stock price falls below H point, the BOLL indicator shows that the stock price breaks through the middle track, continues to fall, develops in the downward direction, and cuts the meat point at H point.

3. symmetrical triangle

The high points and low points with different symmetries form the upper and lower sides of the triangle respectively. The high point of each change is lower than the previous high point, but the low point of the change is higher than the previous low point.

There are two points to note:

(1) symmetrical triangle's breakthrough usually occurs in the bottom 3/4 of the triangle.

(2) There are two obvious high points and low points. When the stock price breaks through the resistance point upwards, it is an effective buying point, and when it breaks through the support point downwards, it is a meat cutting point.

Take the following figure as an example:

As shown in the above figure, A, B and C form the upper half of the triangle, while E, F and G form the lower half of the triangle. It is an effective buying point when the stock price breaks through point C and the volume below is enlarged.
