4. Routine examination includes: nutrition, development, blood pressure, height and weight; Physical examination items: chest and lung auscultation, heart rate, heart rhythm, murmur, liver, spleen, etc. Surgical examination items: lymph, thyroid, spine, limbs.
5. Appointment of enterprise health certificate: 1. Registered account number: submit the unified social credit code and ID number, sign the commitment letter of credit notification, and upload the business license to make an appointment application. After obtaining the license, further improve the registration. 2. Apply for appointment: fill in the name and ID number of the employee to be examined, select the medical examination institution and time in the jurisdiction, and complete the online appointment after the examination and approval of the medical examination institution. Appointment of personal health certificate: submit relevant certification materials and make an appointment at the physical examination institution in the jurisdiction.
Legal basis: Article 45 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
