flour
1000g
condiments
yeast
15g
water
500 ml
step
1. 1000g flour, add 15g yeast and mix well.
2. Add water to knead the dough until it is smooth, cover the basin surface with plastic wrap (or cover it with a pot cover, which is convenient) and wait for about 20 minutes, depending on the temperature. Summer is short and winter is long.
3. Just wait until the honeycomb eyes appear.
4. Then disperse the dough into small dough, knead it into a circle, put it in a cold water pot for about 10 minute, steam it for about 15 minute, and it will be cooked (my little girl wants to make it together, so my steamed bread is different in size and shape).
If it is winter, turn off the fire after steaming for 5 minutes to avoid the steamed bread shrinking when it is cold, but not in summer.
