Steps
1. Bread main body: except butter, put all ingredients into the bread machine (I set the self-service dough kneading function for 30 minutes).
2. After the bread machine has been running for 10 minutes, you can add butter until the set time is over.
3. After the noodles are mixed, place them in a basin without water, cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment until 2.5 times in size.
4. Take out the steamed dough and vent it.
5. Tear the dough into pieces and knead again in the bread machine for 10 minutes.
6. Don’t move the dough once it’s kneaded.
7. After taking it out, try to round it out with your hands and put it into the prepared mold (eight-inch chiffon cake mold with loose bottom, apply a light layer of salad oil inside to facilitate demoulding).
8. Cover with plastic wrap again and ferment until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put it in the oven and bake for 50 minutes (the time is based on your own oven setting, I watched it in front of you, cover it with tin foil when baking for 10 minutes, and when it reaches 30 minutes Do not remove the layer of tin foil that has been moved upwards. At 40 minutes, remove the tin foil and bake for another 10 minutes). After baking, take it out and let it dry immediately. If it is a little hard, it doesn't matter.
