Preparation materials: Redmi, oatmeal, a little coix seed, 200g of pearl rice, lotus seeds, appropriate amount of lily, 3 dried longan, 2 red dates, 30g of raisins, 30g of dried mango, 30g of Chenmei10g, and 30g of fresh honeydew melon.
1. Put Redmi, oatmeal and coix seed in the same container and soak them in proper amount of water for one night.
2. Put the soaked Redmi, oatmeal and coix seed into a boiling pot, then add some water and bring to a boil.
3. After the water is boiled, add the washed pearl rice, lotus seeds, lilies, dried longan, red dates, dried mangoes and raisins, and then cook the porridge until it becomes sticky.
4. After the porridge is thick, add medlar and mix well, and cook for another five minutes.
5. Serve the cooked porridge, then sprinkle with fresh melon seeds and serve.
Matters needing attention
1, children's breakfast porridge can be eaten with smiling biscuits or steamed bread.
If you don't like fresh melons, you can change them into other fruits.
