Cohesion treatment regulations
The connection treatment of two working sections constructed on the same day shall meet the following requirements: ① After the first section is mixed and shaped, it shall be kept for 5 ~ 8m without rolling. (2) In the later stage of construction, add some cement to the uncompacted part in the previous stage and mix it again, and roll it together with the latter stage.
Rolling speed
The rolling speed of the roller in the first two passes should be 1.5 ~ 1.7km/h, and then it should be 2.0 ~ 2.5 km/h..
Longitudinal seam treatment
When the construction is divided into two parts, the longitudinal joints shall be connected vertically.
Rolling sequence
When using a steel roller for initial compaction, first stabilize the pressure for 2~3 times with a double steel roller, then continuously compact it with a heavy vibratory roller with an excitation force greater than 35t, a 18~2 1t three-wheel roller or a tire roller with an excitation force greater than 25t, and finally compact it with a double steel roller to eliminate wheel tracks.
