It is necessary to consider the task of eliminating old diesel trucks as a whole. For diesel trucks with emission standards of Grade III and below, measures such as economic compensation, restricted use, and strengthening supervision and law enforcement should be taken to promote the elimination process in an orderly manner to ensure that the objectives and tasks assigned by the state are exceeded.
