Suzhou Xietang Old Street! Authentic local market is the most typical water town and water post station in Jiangnan. Old streets and rivers depend on each other, with front rivers and back streets, small bridges and flowing water, and white walls and tiles, which maintain the original appearance of folk houses in Jiangnan water towns.
In particular, the old residence of the seven generations of the Zheng family at the eastern end, built in the Qing Dynasty, is the best building to preserve the traditional style.
In the heyday of the old street, there were many shops on the street, full of antiques and Soviet-style food!
Nowadays, the old street has taken on a new look, which not only fully embodies the exquisite beauty of Soviet-style cuisine, but also makes tourists feel at home.
In the park, visiting old streets is a kind of cultural precipitation, and tasting delicious food is a kind of taste bud satisfaction.
Let's go to the old street together!
There are three places to choose from:
1, Gong Li dam. This is the old-school Suzhou food business district, with all kinds of Su-bang dishes, simple tea culture meals and fresh wine in the bar. It's the place where Su Cai punched in. After a hearty meal, you can also visit the Gong Li Dam.
Gong Li Dam is the only long dike in Jinji Lake. Gong Li Dam was built in 1890- 189 1 year by Li Chaoqiong, then the governor of Yuanhe County. Its completion greatly facilitated the traffic between Yuanhe County and the eastern part of Jinji Lake, and the inclined pond gradually prospered and even formed a market town.
Now the Gong Li Dam was opened to traffic on June 5438+February 2006. It is positioned as an international commercial water street integrating high-end catering, entertainment, sightseeing, leisure and culture, with well-known brand merchants from Denmark, Italy, Germany, Japan, Belgium, China and Hongkong.
When I first arrived in Suzhou, it was here that I participated in the group construction of the company for the first time. The dining environment is very good and quiet. The restaurant is near the lake embankment and looks at the lake. The night view is beautiful and has a healing effect. It is good to entertain friends or get together with friends.
2. Jinji Lake Moonlight Wharf
More international, fashionable, high-end, one-stop supply of international food.
The music fountain of Jinji Lake is here, where viewing and eating are synchronized, and taste buds and vision are blessed at the same time.
When I lived in Suzhou, my friends were basically here. I usually choose chain restaurants, such as Xiangxuehai, a famous old brand in Suzhou. I chose it for the first time because its name was in line with my aesthetics, and then I went there because the environment and food here were really good. Sweet and sour mandarin fish, stir-fried shrimp and durian crisp are my favorite dishes. The service in the lobby on the first floor of their house is general, and there will be neglect, which is a bit like a shopkeeper bullying customers. The private rooms upstairs have super good service because of low consumption.
3. Xietang Old Street
The old street is brand-new, a new dining area and a middle and high-grade dining business circle. There are few people during the day and it is very hot at night.
After drinking tea here, the store culture is good and the sales volume is not low, for reference only.
Around Jinji Lake, you can eat whatever you want.
There are many migrant workers near Jinfeng Square and Lianfeng Square! The cuisines in Suzhou Basic Square are all very similar.
