How to draw girls with the eyes of anime characters?
Anime girl's eyes are painted like this:

Observe the details of female anime eyes (before painting)

Animated eyes are almost always bigger and wider than real eyes. This is especially true for female characters, whose eyes are usually bigger and wider than those of men.

What really distinguishes female cartoon eyes from men is that their eyelashes are more prominent (longer, thicker and more). This is not always the case, but it is often the case.

Step 1: Draw the shape of the eyes, starting with the shape of the eyes. In this case, the eyelids/eyelashes. .

Step 2: Draw the shape of the iris and draw the vertically stretched iris (compared with the real eye). It is basically an ellipse with the top and bottom hidden by eyelids.

Step 3: Draw the pupil, draw the pupil inside the iris, and draw it along the shape of the iris, but smaller.

Step 4: Mark the dark area at the top of the iris and draw a line to the upper part of the eye to mark the dark area caused by the reflection of shadows and eyelashes in the eye. The next step is to erase the line overlapping the pupil. The reason why you keep drawing like this is to ensure that the two sides match and that you have a beautiful and smooth curve.

Step 5: Draw the main reflection, and draw the main reflection area from the main light source (such as indoor light bulb, fire or sun). You can erase pupils and shadow areas that overlap with reflections. The shape and color of the reflection may depend on the shape and color of the light source. Usually in animation, you can simply keep the reflection white and give it a very common shape, such as a circle or an ellipse.

Step 6: Draw the secondary reflection. The secondary reflection generally comes from the light reflected from the main light source on the surface, which will be smaller than the main reflection. Erase the pupil part overlapping with reflection again.

Step 7: Cover different areas of the eyes. Finally, you can color the different areas you drew in the previous step. If you draw on paper, leave the reflection blank. Paint the eyelids black. Technically, the eyelids are part of the eyelashes. Paint the pupils black, too. Finally, paint the iris gray or any color you want.

Step 8: Add outer upper eyelid eyelashes. It should be noted that you can stop at step 7 of this tutorial and have a completely normal animated eye, but since this tutorial is mainly aimed at women's eyes, we will add some eyelashes. The first place to add eyelashes is the outer corner of the eye. Usually eyelashes (real eyelashes) are fanned out around the eyelids, and animation eyelashes can be drawn in a similar way.

Next, add some smaller eyelashes to the inner corner of the eye. Because eyelashes are quite small, they can also be covered when painting. There is no need to add anything in the middle, because they usually tend to point forward, so they just merge into one shape visually.

Step 9: Add bottom eyelashes, and finally add some small eyelashes to the outer lower corner and the inner lower corner of the eyes to complete the drawing of female cartoon eyes. You can also color your eyes, not just gray, but also add some gradients. For the gradient, you can color the iris to make the outer edge darker and the middle brighter.
