Is there a corresponding standard for the molding of electronic components?
That depends on the wire diameter of your diode, as you say. The diode on your production line should be a diode with a line diameter of 1.3. Because the general diode molding machine is mainly aimed at diodes with line diameter of 0.35- 1.0, diodes with line diameter of 1.3 will get stuck in the body during molding. Therefore, the diode is damaged and the product is scrapped. The main problems are: the body is sticky, the wire diameter is bent, and the molding status is not standardized! Then you should change the molding machine and use the K-type one.
