Deformation of aluminum alloy 606 1-T6
After cutting, the requirement of 3 mm 0. 1-T6 aluminum alloy sheet is still relatively high. Of course, for your specification of 200X290, 0.5mm is still relatively large.

606 1 The products produced by different manufacturers have their own characteristics. The materials with poor flatness of the whole board will not be mentioned. Sometimes the flatness of many whole boards is good, but after cutting, it is found that the materials can not meet the requirements of use, and the flatness is not the data before measurement. There are two main factors that cause this situation: 1. The internal stress in the material is released during cutting, which leads to the deformation of the material; 2. In the cutting process, the force of the saw blade will deform the material.

Promotion: 1. Choose materials from manufacturers with relatively small internal stress. (It is said that the flatness of imported materials of sheet 606 1 is better than that of domestic materials, and the accuracy rate is about 70%, but it is not necessarily true. The grasp of the internal stress scale is clear to the manufacturer, and it is difficult for us to confirm it, so we can only experiment. So it doesn't seem to be the best method, but if you look for it and compare it, it will definitely improve. )

2.3X200X290 should be the blanking size, and the final product size should be smaller. If the allowance is sufficient, it will be fine to process and mill it flat. If there is not enough margin, it may be better to increase the thickness to 3.5 or 4. Of course, the cost of the whole processing has increased and the efficiency has also decreased.

Based on the above two points, it is feasible to combine the improved method 1 and 2.

Material forming (pressing plate) is difficult to realize. 606 1T6 has a hardness of 95HB, and its strength is too high. But you can try it and it will improve, but there is still the possibility of increasing deformation during processing.

The model is not recommended, and 5083 is recommended. But there is no guarantee that the current problems will be solved.
