Laser is suitable for the treatment of localized sunken scars with an area less than 20cm, and it must be combined with drug injection or radiotherapy. The scar area is too large, the wound center is difficult to be completely epithelized, and the sunken scar is easy to recur after treatment. Generally speaking, the base of the wound is completely epithelized, and a dense fibrous layer is formed 2-3 weeks after the scar is depressed. Laser treatment of concave scar begins with injection of drugs at the base and edge of the wound. Children or those with concave scar area less than 4cm2 can use L/3-65433 as appropriate.
