Step 1: Select the whole column where the text content is located (assuming the data in column A in the figure).

Step 2 to Step 3: Operate the Data menu in the toolbar and select Detach.

Step 4: Click "Finish" directly.

Step 5: Right-click and select "Cell Format" from the menu.

Step 6: In the Number Tab, select the number format (set decimal places) or the date format (select the date type to be displayed), and finally, click OK.
