The technological process of bearing processing is as follows:

1, forging process

4. Heat treatment

Heat treatment is the key process to improve the internal quality of bearings. The main purpose of heat treatment is:

(1) Heat treatment can transform the structure of materials and improve their mechanical properties. (b) Improve the internal quality (wear resistance, strength and toughness) of the bearing, thereby improving the service life of the bearing. For high carbon chromium bearing steel Gcr 15SiMn, heat treatment includes quenching and low temperature tempering quenching:

Heating temperature: 820-840 (℃), holding time: 65438±0-2h, cooling medium: low temperature oil tempering:

Heating temperature:150-180 (℃), holding time: 2-5 hours, and cooling mode: air cooling.

5, grinding processing

Grinding is the final processing of bearing rings and rollers, which is called finished product processing.

The main purpose of grinding is:

(a) Make the dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy of the ferrule meet the design requirements. (b) Provide qualified ferrules and ferrules for bearing assembly. Grinding method: generally, it is processed by decentralized processing method, or multiple devices can be connected through feeding and discharging devices to form a production line to improve production efficiency.

6, bearing assembly

Bearing assembly is the last process of bearing production, which has an important influence on bearing performance.

The main purpose of bearing assembly is:
