Dosage and usage: Adults take 2-4g daily, with the same amount, and inject once every 12hr. Eight grams of severe infection, divided into equal amounts, was injected once every 65438 0.2 hours. A single dose of intramuscular injection of 500 mg was used to treat gonococcal urethritis. The creatinine clearance rate of patients with severe renal insufficiency is less than 30ml/min: it should not exceed 1g per 12hr. Children should take 40-80 mg/kg body weight every day, divided into 2-4 times.

Do not use it if you are allergic to penicillin or cephalosporin.

Adverse reactions are occasional gastrointestinal discomfort, such as loose stool and nausea. Transient eosinophilia and thrombocytopenia are rare.

Precautions: Infants under 6 months and premature infants should be used with caution during pregnancy and lactation.

Drug interaction has synergistic effect with aminoglycosides, but they should be dissolved and diluted separately before infusion.
