Rules for nouns to become plural
If a noun means a thing or thing, it takes the singular form, such as pen, dog, tree, fact, church, kiss. If you mean two or more of these things, you need to use the plural form of nouns, such as pen, dog, tree, fact, church and kiss, and most of them add -s or -es after the singular form. There are six situations:
1, generally plus S.
2. add es at the end of s, sh, ch and x, which is pronounced as /iz/.
3. End with consonant +y, change y to I, add es, and pronounce it as /iz/.
4, ending with the consonant letter +o, with life plus ES; Stupid plus S.
5. end with f and fe, and when it reaches f, fe becomes ves.
