Large fillet bending forming fixture
I have encountered a similar problem. Can be seen from the following points:

1. solder paste viscosity, not to mention the solder paste itself. At present, the ambient temperature is generally low, the humidity is low and the viscosity is relatively high, which affects the printing demoulding effect;

2. The printing plate is bent, and there is a gap between the substrate and the steel screen during printing. If the thickness is 0.8MM, the PCB is relatively thin and the bending effect is obvious. Attention should be paid to the use of support (preferably special fixture) and adjustment of demoulding to overcome the unsatisfactory demoulding caused by plate bending;

3. In terms of equipment, the desired effect can be achieved by adjusting demoulding. The demoulding distance is set at about 3 and the speed is 1.5. Anyway, the board should have demoulding effect.

4. The steel mesh wall is not smooth, so it is difficult to get data. Try changing the steel mesh.

In addition, the thickness of your steel mesh should be 0.08MM, for your reference. I hope you can solve it as soon as possible.
