According to the spirit of the superior document, the funeral subsidy system of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents in Neihuang County of Anyang City was officially implemented from 2022 1. It fills the policy gap that there is no funeral treatment after the death of the insured payer of the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in our county.

The application of funeral allowance is as follows:

(1) Subsidy object: If the insured person of the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in Neihuang County dies during the period of insurance payment or receiving benefits, he shall go through the formalities of cancellation of registration, stop issuing pension benefits and apply for funeral subsidies.

(II) Receiving conditions: The applicant shall, within 6 months from the date of death of the insured, go to the village (community) where the old-age insurance relationship belongs with the cremation certificate or household registration cancellation certificate and medical death certificate, and apply for receiving funeral subsidies (those who died during the insurance payment period will go to the old-age insurance relationship, and those who died during the treatment period will go to the place where the benefits are collected). Those who have not gone through the formalities for cancellation of the pension insurance relationship for more than 6 months will not receive it.

(III) Subsidy standard: the standard of funeral subsidy for urban and rural residents' old-age insurance is 1.2 months, and the basic pension for provincial urban and rural residents is 1.296 yuan, which is adjusted synchronously with the minimum standard of basic pension for urban and rural residents in our province.

Up to now, Neihuang County has distributed funeral subsidies to the families of 297 insured dead people, with a subsidy amount of 384,900 yuan.
