1 First, open the arcgis software and add a data as a reference.

Then, right-click the map window and select Data Frame Properties.

3 Then, select General from the menu bar.

Then, enter the angle to be rotated in the rotation input field. Such as 90 degrees

5 Then, click OK.

Finally, back to the home page, the map view is rotated.
