Hello everyone, my name is Nobita! I am a Hugh fan who joined after Christmas in 2014. After reading Brother Yixiu’s sharing, I thought he could do it and I should be able to do it, so I joined the 90-day self-transformation plan with some hesitation! ! Unexpectedly, it only took 3 months for the transformation!

I used to think that I had never been fat, I was just a 40-year-old tuna belly dad, and I still follow My friends joke that others will repay their favor after raising little ghosts for decades, but the belly raised by us middle-aged uncles is of no use at all, so I ~~Kaohsiung Li Bingxian~~~ decided to break up with it!!! Break the belly~~~~~ ~~

In the company’s health inspection report at the end of 2014, there was red text on the entire back page! It started to wake me up ~ I have entered middle age. Because I quit smoking 5 years ago (a 20-year addiction to 3 packs to 4 packs a day), I gained about 15 kilograms in just one year. In these 5 years, I actually gained more weight. I have tried a terrible weight loss method! Starvation lowers your basal metabolism, loses muscle, and makes you gain weight again! I thought quitting smoking was hard~ but quitting starving was even harder!

Wrong method menu:

Breakfast: Do not eat

Lunch: Go to 7-11 to buy the lowest calorie rice ball, 200 calories + a can of unified soy milk with sugar

Dinner: normal big fish and meat

In fact, the first time I ate like this, I lost 5 kilograms in a month. I was very, very I was satisfied, but after a month I couldn't help but feel hungry, and finally I went on a killing spree~ And several challenges in the next few years made me very sad, and there was no effect at all! My belly is getting fatter and fatter.

I started to lose weight in 90 days because my close friend Xiao Xiong shared the story of Ikkyu with me. After reading some inspiring stories in the blog, I also became enthusiastic, and I will be obsessed with it. The most important reason for my persuasion is: it is natural to be hungry! Starving goes against nature so you will definitely fail! This is really something that everyone who loses weight has encountered, because there must be a compensatory mentality. The more hungry you are, the more you want to eat back. In the next 90 days, follow the concepts in the lazy bag to control the content of your diet. All you can eat!

Give up alcohol and sweets and all kinds of bread, have vegetables and meat in every meal, replace white rice with brown rice, use less oil and less salt. If you are hungry before meal time or in the middle of the night, eat a burrito All you can eat is Le or kimchi with boiled water.

During this period, I encountered Chinese New Year, Spring Festival wine, invitations from friends, and I still broke the habit of going out for big meals. However, processed foods, sweets, and alcohol, I can avoid or eat less.

Then I make friends with pain every day , in these 90 days, there was not a day when my muscles did not hurt! Follow the TABATA 4-minute interval exercise (advanced version) once a day. The rest of the time, I will do sit-ups until my back is sore and I can't get up. I go to the gym every Sunday and do it all over my body for 1 hour for 30 days. , my belly changed from very convex to slightly convex, and my body fat changed from 26 to 20

In the second month, I started to press and lift dumbbells for the first time in my life, and the effect was amazing! Two chest muscles immediately grew, and my body fat began to drop to about 15. At this time, my abdominal muscles also began to appear, and my Tabata also changed from burpees to V-UP, the most intense abdominal exercise, all after a rest. There are movement exercises shared on the Internet, but I always choose the video with the highest intensity. After doing a Tabata, I will also find time to do V-UP to make myself explode, and the pain will be so painful that I can’t get up. If the intensity is not enough, I will do more than When there is no soreness after 30 or 50 reps, I will add 30 to 50 sit-ups. It is easier to achieve soreness by doing mixed exercises!

In the third month, I still went to the gym to hold and press dumbbells for my chest, but the frequency was increased to about 2 times a week, each time lasting one hour, and I still did 1 set of Tabata or V-UP at home every day. Explosive*1, after 3 months of controlling diet and heavy training, my body fat dropped to a minimum of 13.5

After 90 days of changes, I not only became younger! People are becoming more and more confident! The source of self-confidence is not to become handsome, but to be proud of your perseverance!
