Zhengzhou Jinxiu Tianyuan Community is a sub-new community, located between Beijing-Guangzhou Expressway and Sihuan Expressway in Erqi District. The neighborhood is well-equipped, with Bai Rong World Trade Center bus stop, and the nearest primary school is Guancheng Huizu Foreign Language Primary School, which has a good living environment. However, according to relevant policies and regulations, resettlement houses are provided by the government to eligible residents in order to solve the problem of urban demolition and transformation. Therefore, Zhengzhou Jinxiu Tianyuan Community does not belong to resettlement houses.
