How to install the solar bracket?
1, preparation before installation
(1) When photovoltaic supports arrive at the site before installation, they should choose a reasonable location and keep the surrounding environment ventilated and dry. After the bracket and components arrive at the site, check whether the outer packaging is deformed or damaged, and contact the manufacturer for replacement in time if there is any damage.
(2) Before the project construction, conduct on-site verification. After there is no problem, according to the baseline position shown in the drawing, use the control square to measure and set out in the right angle direction. Check the design drawings, determine the use area of support guide rail, fittings and components, and feed them in batches according to the number of distribution areas and construction technology.
2. Installation of brackets and components
According to the design drawings, firstly, positioning and setting out are carried out, then fixture positioning is mainly carried out for the color steel roof, and then guide rails are installed. Attention should be paid to the spacing between the fixture, the assembly guide rails in the same row and the assembly guide rails in two adjacent rows. During installation, it shall be carried out in the order of middle section, two end sections and guide rail joints. After installing the rail joint, it is necessary to check the levelness of each rail, bend each span and accurately check the position of the bracket. Attention should be paid to the spacing between the front and rear rows when designing, and the distance from the wall is required. In addition, when installing support columns, beams and guide rails, do not fasten the bolts in place at one time, and then fasten all the bolts after all the supports are straightened.
3, component installation
(1) Install and fix the solar panel.
The installation of solar panels should be carried out layer by layer from bottom to top, so as to be horizontal, flat and vertical, and the spacing of panels on the same side is consistent. At the same time, pay attention to the wiring direction of the panel. When fixing the battery panel, use the bolts in the steel structure to fix the assembly on the chain, add a double-thorn gasket between the battery panel and the guide rail, and lock the middle fixture and the side fixture with nuts.
(2) battery panel connection
According to the design drawing, determine the connection mode of the battery panel, and be careful not to connect the positive and negative electrodes in reverse during wiring to ensure correct wiring. After each panel is connected, check whether the disconnection voltage of the panel string is correct. After the panel is connected, disconnect the circuit on the panel for subsequent process operation.
4. Square wiring
The wiring of the combined square matrix should be supported, fastened and protected, and the wires should have appropriate margins, and the wiring method should meet the requirements of the design drawings. The connectors shall be tinned, and the connectors of multi-strand wires shall be closed. Each connector is allowed to have two cores, a gasket should be added between the two cores, and all wiring screws should be tightened.
After installation, check the wiring of square array, component wiring and outgoing cables. If there is no problem, the electrician is responsible for the measurement. Adjacent components with square matrix voltage error within 5V, guide rail and fixture must be reliably connected. The guide rail of each component must be grounded with flat steel, bolted and connected to the factory grounding system.
5, photovoltaic bracket installation matters needing attention
(1) Relevant operators must have safety operation certificates, and there are special personnel to supervise and guide the operation site. In the process of handling photovoltaic brackets and components, attention should be paid to the walkway to prevent tripping.
(2) During construction, safety protection should be done, and construction personnel should wear safety helmets. It is forbidden to take the elevator load up and down, and try to put it in the toolbox. Avoid high temperature operation in summer, and carry necessary heatstroke prevention and cooling drugs.
(3) After the construction, check whether the equipment is installed, clear the discharged materials in time, and ensure that the work is finished, the materials are exhausted and the site is clean.
