Automotive sheet metal, painting and beauty integrated workshop design plan

The poster’s question is very broad. I have been engaged in car painting for 4 years. I know everything you said, but it's a pity that what you want is a thesis. How can you have so much time to do it? Even if you get the thesis, you won't be able to publish it here. Nothing can be done to help! ! !

I thought about it for a while and decided to answer some questions. I hope it will be helpful to your paper.

Sheet metal repair can be carried out in the lobby. It does not have high requirements on the operation room. It can even be repaired outside the workshop. The only requirement is that the light illumination for sheet metal repair must be at 500LUX (LUX It is the space above lumens (a unit symbol). Small sheet metal defects can be repaired, but if there are large dents in the body, putty powder will be needed. After scraping the putty powder, bake it dry with a baking lamp, then use wet sanding to smooth it, and then dry the putty area. Repeat this to make the scraped putty meet two requirements: one is to be completely dry to prevent pinholes from appearing after painting, and the other is to be smoothed to give the paint a good flattening effect. Let’s talk about sheet metal repair first.

There are two types of painting processes, one is the painting of large areas of the car body, and the other is the repair of local painting defects. The painting process should be carried out in a closed spray booth to prevent external particles and impurities from sticking to the wet paint film. There are many types of spray booth construction, with different construction costs. The simplest ones only have an exhaust function, and the better ones add a water curtain. The best spray paint booths are usually found on large automobile production lines. The air is supplied from the top, the air is extracted from the bottom, and there is a flowing water curtain (added with chemicals) at the bottom, so that the paint mist can be quickly taken away and will not fall on the car body and cause particle defects. Large area car body repair process: grinding, wiping, spray painting, drying (it should be emphasized that repair paint is generally self-drying paint, and the drying temperature is about 60 degrees), repairing (polishing and local repairs are included in this) . Let’s talk about local repairs separately. First, sand them, then wipe them clean. Once the repaired areas are dry, spray paint them and bake them. In the end, there will be a lot of paint mist and impurities on the surface. Just polish them and it’s OK. Speaking of paint touch-ups.

I don’t know much about beauty. I work in a car manufacturing plant doing painting. I went to a 4S store to see beauty salons, and they probably just posted some beautiful pictures, which was very simple.

Workshop management has become simpler. This is a place with strict fire prevention requirements, and several fire extinguishers are needed everywhere. The spray paint room and baking room cannot be entered casually. Use thinner to clean the spray gun after use. Turn off the power when the baking lamp is used up. I have mentioned the operating rules above, which is the process flow. You can design some specific parameters yourself. The most important thing is that the equipment must be returned to its previous location after use and do a good job of 5S.
