Coco Peach Crisp
Ingredients
1 egg, 100g corn oil, 60g sugar
210g low-gluten flour, 30g corn starch , 15g cocoa powder
3g baking powder, 2g baking soda
Method
1. Eggs + sugar + corn oil, stir well
2. Mix all the flour evenly, pour it into the oil and egg paste, and knead it into a dough
3. Divide evenly into 30g balls, roll them into round balls and flatten them gently, and use your fingers to gently press them in the middle. Press it and sprinkle with white sesame seeds
4. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes
