How to make many faces look like adults with PS?

Using PS to make many pictures look like adult faces is:

1, create a new white background file and a new layer;

2. "Edit-Fill" is filled with "pattern", resized with ctrl+t, and quickly dragged and copied by holding down the alt key with the moving tool;
